Bar & Tasting Room

We create innovative & breathtaking spirits inspired by the Australian landscape. From Spirits shaped by native wood maturation, Gins infused with local botanicals, to Vodkas and Agave spirits distilled right here in the Macedon Ranges.

We have cocktail specials available at the bar, as well as charcuterie boards and cheese platters.

We have a NEW MOUNTAIN (Happy) Hour every Friday from 4pm-6pm, with $8 Beers and $8 MOUNTAIN Gin & Tonic! The Beers available include a lager and pale ale.

Our open hours:

• Friday 4pm - 9pm (with our MOUNTAIN Hour from 4pm - 6pm)
• Saturday 12pm - 9pm
• Sunday 12pm - 7pm
